Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the scratch-off foil is intact and the product is in new, resellable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned adventure, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
